Students & parents self-register
We send invitations to the student groups you selected. Students sign in with their student email address. Parents and guardians sign in with their district-registered email address. Each lands on their dedicated registration page and can register or un-register with one click. An admin panel lets coordinators see status, register students, and process refunds.

Everyone knows where to be
After rooms are assigned, coordinators upload assignments and TestDay sends reminder emails one week out and again the day before. If a room assignment changes, an additional notification goes out automatically. Students arrive knowing exactly where to go.

Built around how districts actually work
Google Sign-In
Students sign in with their school Google account. Parents and guardians sign in with the email address the district has on file. No new passwords, no new accounts, no support tickets.
Tiered Pricing & Payments
Configure different prices for different student groups: free/reduced lunch, standard, or custom tiers. Stripe handles payment; money goes directly to your bank.
Automated Reminders
Email reminders go out automatically to students who haven’t registered yet, and to those who have. You set the schedule, we handle the sending.
Accommodations Support
Configure and display testing accommodations per student. Students see their accommodations on their registration card and test-day email.
SIS Integration
Connect directly to your student information system to pull enrollment data. Currently supports Aeries, with more integrations in development.
Post-Test Surveys
Automatic survey delivery after the test window closes. Results compiled and delivered to your district team.
Coordinator Admin Panel
A real-time dashboard for test coordinators. See registration status across all students, register or un-register students manually, track payments, and manage room assignments in one place.
District Configuration
Every district is different. Set your own exam fees, pricing tiers, registration windows, test dates, student groups, and email schedules. Nothing is hard-coded.

One flat annual fee based on your high school enrollment (grades 9–12). You know the cost in July when you budget. It doesn't change when more students register. Setup and configuration included.

Sign a Data Processing Agreement
Before anything else, we sign a DPA. We support CITE (California), SDPC/NDPA (national), and district-specific templates. If your district won't proceed without a signed DPA, that's exactly where we start.
We configure together
One configuration call to set up your exam fees, student groups, pricing tiers, and registration windows. We connect Aeries and Stripe. You review and approve before anything goes live.
You open registration
Invitations go out to your students. Everything runs automatically from there. We're available throughout your registration window and on test day.

Student data is handled with care
TestDay handles student names, emails, and payment information. We take this seriously. Student data is used only to operate the platform for your district, never shared with third parties, and handled in compliance with FERPA. Data Processing Agreements are available for districts that require them.
